One of the most important needs of young healthy cells is oxygen into the cells not just in the blood. Exercise is the only way to do this effectively. Did you know there was a simple exercise you could do to oxygenate your cells sitting at the computer, driving in the car, or even lying in bed? It is called deep oxygenation exercise! |

Below are three of our families biscuit recipes. We suggest you use sprout wheat flour. If you do not have it, use whole wheat. If you can not take all whole wheat, mix with white. We never use all white/bleached flour. We recommend you do not either. Most of the good stuff is gone. However, we still love you whichever you choose. HAPPY THANKSGIVING - HOLIDAYS - NEW YEAR |
