One of the most important needs of young healthy cells is oxygen into the cells not just in the blood. Exercise is the only way to do this effectively. Did you know there was a simple exercise you could do to oxygenate your cells sitting at the computer, driving in the car, or even lying in bed? It is called deep oxygenation exercise!
Deep Oxygenation Exercise has performed in the following steps: Pre-Requisite: If you have not done deep breathing exercises, you need to do them first to build up to this. Deep breathing is performed in a ration of 2-3-2 For example simply and easily breathe in for 2 seconds, hold that for 3 seconds, then breathe out for 2 seconds. Increase this until you can hold your breath for 15 seconds. That would be breath in for 10 seconds, hold for 15 seconds, breath out for 10 seconds. After you have mastered this you can move on to the Deep Oxygenation Exercise! ( If you get light headed, slow down. Take a breather. Give it a rest. Start again in 15-20 minutes. Work up slowly) Deep Oxygenation Exercise Steps: (You increase the duration on this if you like by using the same ratio of 2-3-2 for the base ratio) 1. Flex and hold all major muscle groups you can in what position you are in even if it is just your abs and gluts. Breath in for 10 seconds - Through your nose is best as it does not dry out your mouth. 2. Still hold those muscles flexed. Hold your breathe for 15 seconds 3. Slowly start releasing for 5 seconds. In the last 5 seconds, the last half of breathing out flex the abs and gluts and all muscles you can hardest forcing the air out with great exertion as if the air was desperately needed by someone else immediately. As soon as you are done, you may go back to breathing as you need. Note: Do you want health? Do you want it with all your heart, might, mind, soul, and strength? Then do this that way! Put your whole self into this. You will know you are doing this if when you are done, your body naturally relaxes and wants a few deep breaths. You should then feel a warm tingling through your whole body. Your head should feel clearer. You can repeat this as many times as you like in a day as long as you do not get too light headed. Try to do more than 15 seconds holding your breath, build up to more and more.
